Truffles
For many the truffle is the holy grail of all handmade chocolates. Traditionally truffles are made with a chocolate ganache center coated in chocolate or cocoa powder. The secret of the truffle is the exacting mixture of the chocolate and cream which produces the rich, melt in the mouth granache center.
